The exam can now be taken online either at a testing center near you (we have one in Boston) or in your own home or office using the “At Home” option. Either way it is a closed book exam and a proctor (online or in person) will enforce some pretty strict rules. The proctor is independent of ServSafe and Food Safety for Managers (FSM2020). The online proctor will be in control of your computer and using your camera they will make sure the room and surroundings are compatible. Please beware that ServSafe will not refund the At Home Online Exam once the exam code has been issued.
